Compassionate Action Workshop

This workshop will focus on learning tools for increasing emotional resilience to avoid burnout and sustainably bring our gifts forward. It will give participants tools to build emotional resilience, create a more profound and positive meaning around the issues they care about and identify positive actions and solutions they can implement outside of the workshop.

Parts Play Workshop

Parts Work views a person’s mind as made up of many different parts, almost like characters in a story. Each part has its own personality and its own job or role in your life. The idea is to understand and help these parts work better together. Parts Play is a type of group Parts Work practice (known as "Takeovers") during which we will fully play the roles of another person inner parts in order to create an opportunity to see and work with the various facets of our system in a clear and conscious way.

Islands of Belonging in a Sea of Chaos

We are facing multiple acute crises on our planet today that are interacting with each other to create deep fears, grief and rage. Facing this polycrisis will require us to access the deepest possible resilience, joy and faith within us. How will we do it when our leaders are busy rearranging chairs on the deck of the Titanic? How do we find ourselves entangled in the very systems that are burning our planet (e.g., financial or family traumas)? What layers of belonging, healing and kinning are available for us in the midst of our grief and burnout? And what inner work is necessary to bring vitality and "active hope" to our movement spaces?
